Refund policy

We strive to reduce waste and avoid overstocking, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Vinylartsthreads@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it. If your item is damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible.

Custom Items
Custom items cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. However, if your custom item is damaged during shipping or has a defect, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any such issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to our made-to-order model, we do not accept returns on any items unless they are damaged or defective.

Refunds
If your return is accepted due to damage or defect, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item. If the refund is approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
