Refund Policy

At VinylArtThread, each item is made-to-order with great care and attention to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality. As such, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
For custom items, please note that due to their personalized nature, they cannot be revised, refunded, or returned once embroidery or printing has been completed.

FAQ

Whats The Delivery / Processing Time ?

The processing time is 1-2 weeks post order, depending how busy the week goes, your order can be processed and dispatched as early as a day or as late as 10 days.

Delivery Times for orders within the UK is 2/3 days post dispatch day. For international Orders it is 1-2 weeks of delivery.

Where is my Order ?

If your oder has been dispatched and never arrived during the stated delivery times for UK or international Times, then please contact me about this on printedstitches@yahoo.com

I will check and make a claim if necessary about this package and sort out either a replacement or a refund if the package is lost !

Can i get a refund ?

Unfortunately, due to running this by myself and the nature of these listings, where people customise the thread colours and garment colours, i do not take returns or refunds just for issues such as sizing or not waiting it anymore.

However if there is any issues with your order, such as damage to the item or you believe the package has been lost please contact me as im more than happy to sort out any issues !

Is The sizing Accurate?

The sizing is based on normal UK sizing ! However on the product pages i provide a sizing guide for the hoodies and T-shirts i provide!

i advise taking your favourite sweatshirt or tshirt and measuring it and comparing it to the sizing guide to make sure that you have the best size fitting you can !

Can your tailor some things for me?

At an extra cost i do provide Tailoring Services alongside my orders if you would like a specific length taken off the sweatshirt or sleeves etc.

Please be aware i can only take material off and not make it longer !

Tailoring prices depend on what you would like done, but usually start at around £8+
